For the last month or more, Novelstar has paid SPAMMERS to post comments on writer's stories promoting their app and contests. They pretend to have read your story by telling you how great it was, and then invite you to enter your story into their contest. They have posted hundreds of the same comments on hundreds of different writer's stories. It is harassment, and an attack on Storystar. We have tried to keep them out but they keep finding new ways to worm their way in. Please help us stop them by immediately flagging any comments you see with the word novelstar in any form. Thank you.

Storystar is free for everyone to use, but it is not free to keep running. It is expensive to keep it up and running and working well for everyone. But it does not provide an income to anyone, and is run entirely by Volunteer efforts.
